The PageFour forums are not like other forums. We don't require you to create an account before posting, and we don't require you to log in each time you wish to comment. You can post using your full name, or you can post anonymously.

We'd like everyone to behave themselves, but realise that this may be wishful thinking, so we've drafted some rules. For the most part, they're basic rules of politeness. Don't post anything you might hesitate to say to someone's face.

So, the rules:

  • When starting a new topic, be as clear as possible. Don't title your topic: "Need help", instead, give your topic meaning, such as: "The import process doesn't seem to be working for me."
  • No foul language or insulting other people. Have a disagreement, by all means, but no name calling.
  • No CAPS LOCK, no "textspeak", and don't forget punctuation and paragraphing - it's easier to read for all concerned.
  • No selling, advertising, or marketing. There is a space for your website link after each post or comment.
  • Final Rule: Don't make us add more rules! We will if we have to, but we don't want to.

And that's it. Most forums have a list of rules that take forever to read, we don't. We want this forum to be friendly, easy for anyone to use, and above all, informative and honest.
