Printing multiple files

Maybe there is a way to do this and I just missed it. For those of us who like to write individual chapters and/or scenes in separate files, it would be nice to have a Print feature that allowed you to select a number of files and print them as one manuscript. This would keep me from having to create a compilation file and copy/pasting all the chapter/scene files into it in order to print out a manuscript.

This is a feature I found helpful in RoughDraft 3.0. I like PageFour's feature set better than RoughDraft but I do kind of miss that one.

Ah... just found the page merge function. At least the copy/paste thing goes away.

You can do that already Andrew. You need to select the "Print Selected Pages and Folders" option on the Print menu:

http://www.softwareforwriting.com/help/printing.html#print1

If you select a folder, then all pages in that folder will be printed one after the other. If you had previously set up a Print Template to include page numbers, these numbers would increment across all pages or folders selected.

Thanks, Darren. I found it just a second ago. That's awesome. This will teach me not to make a wishlist addition until I've read ALL the help manual.
