Menu icons and my notebooks keep "refreshing"

I don't know how better to describe it than that all of the menu icons and my notebooks keep refreshing every few seconds. They disappear for a split second then return. I can't figure out how to make it stop. It never did this in the past but the last few times I've opened up PageFour I've noticed it "refreshing". Any suggestions?

Not a problem I've heard of before Karen.

Is the problem continuous or sporadic? Also, have you made any changes to your PC just before the problem began - installed new software, etc.

And does the refresh affect any more sections of PageFour? For example, if you open the Snapshot panel (F10), take a few snapshots (F12), does this refresh occur in the snapshot section as well?
