Problem saving

I am trying to close my project when I get the message box:
'Not all pages could be saved, as some were locked open by another application. Do you wish to close anyway and lose these changes?': YES / NO /CANCEL

What does this mean I have no other programs running except PageFour? Do I lose all my data including notes etc? Or can you at least tell me what exactly will be saved? Or is this message to get you to buy the software? I'm leaving my laptop on at the moment as I'm not sure what to do. I'd appreciate any help ASAP.

with thanks,

Mark.

This message suggests that for some reason PageFour can't write to the file it needs to write to in order to save your page. This could be because another program is locking the file open, or it could be that PageFour was opened using a different Windows user account to the one that initially created the page.

As a work around, and to ensure you don't lose any work, create a new page and copy and paste the contents from your current page into this new page. When you save, the new page should save without any problems, and you can close PageFour without losing work. You can tell that the page has saved because the icon on the tab changes color: gray means saved, yellow is unsaved.
